Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients through multiple channels.
Sales Conversion: Effectively pitch and sell our skill development courses to prospective clients.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to maximize earnings.
Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Insights: Gather feedback to help enhance course offerings and sales strategies.
Reporting: Maintain regular and accurate sales reports and updates on progress.
Qualifications And Skills
Minimum 12th pass; Bachelors degree is preferred.
Laptop and a reliable internet connection are mandatory.
Prior experience in sales or lead generation is a plus, but freshers with a passion for sales are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
