Remote Sales Representative

Overview – Our company is expanding on a strategic client acquisition program and we are seeking enegetic, highly motivated, marketing pros with phenomenal interpersonal skills to help us lead this corporate initiative. You will be applying for the outside sales position of a Strategic Impact Marketing Agent (SIMA™), and your primary objective is to leverage our internal marketing structure to generate leads and sales appointments for our Senior level sales executives. If you are a highly motivated and driven professional with an expansive professional network, this is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your network to earn an additional 6-figures+ while working remotely.

Requirements – We are looking for an individual who is:

Responsibilities – If hired as SIMA™, you will be responsible to:

· Conduct Outbound Prospecting Campaigns via Social Media (Training Provided.)

· Generate 5 to 10+ appointments per week (Training Provided.)

· Track and manage lead flow

· Participate in daily Zoom training, sales presentations, and accountability calls

Compensation – Base pay: $2,500 Commission + Bonus:

1. Base Pay: As a SIMA™, you will be trained to leverage social media to generate clients and referrals providing you with consistent income. Utilizing the training provided, you'll be contacting ideal prospects online to book introductions for our senior sales representatives. Any appointment that you book which generates a Lifetime License sale, you will earn a $2,500.00 commission check.

2. Bonus Pay: You will have the opportunity to receive bonus perks based on meeting the qualifying sales objectives for promotional campaigns. Promotional campaigns are determined on a corporate level and announced during our online trainings and include merch, comped travel, lifestyle experiences, cash and more.
