In this critical role, you will play a key part in implementing security measures and ensuring compliance with industry standards, including HIPAA, NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, FIPS, and HITRUST.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain security controls across various environments.
• Configure and enhance SIEM systems for improved detection and response.
• Tune detections tailored to specific threats and compliance requirements.
• Conduct security analysis for systems, including log validation and risk assessments.
• Document and analyze vulnerabilities and recommend remediation steps.
• Participate in threat modeling and document key system components.
• Automate workflows for SIEM enrichment and compliance reporting.
• Support secure configurations in cloud and hybrid environments.
• Assist in audit evidence preparation for various compliance reviews.
• Evaluate AI/ML use cases for security and compliance.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Relevant security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc. are preferred).

Security Requirements:

• All work must be conducted within the continental U.S., Alaska, or Hawaii.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm CST
Compensation Range: $95,000 - $116,200 annually
