Role Overview
The Remote Systems Support Analyst will be a pivotal part of our team, providing comprehensive hardware, software, and telecommunication support to our remote and branch offices. This role includes assessing technical needs, developing and executing solutions, and successfully managing desktop system installations and upgrades, all aligned with the mission, vision, and values of JE Dunn.

Core Responsibilities
• Collaborate with project teams to suggest options for internet services and costs.
• Work closely with logistics to set up digital workstations and printers at job sites.
• Collect initial job site requirements and liaise with providers to create suitable service packages within budget.
• Maintain ongoing communication with IT and external resources to address project needs.
• Contact service providers to create tailored packages, estimate costs, and coordinate installations with project teams.
• Possibly oversee onsite installations and test them for functionality.
• Provide training and support to project teams and employees on technology use.
• Manage network connectivity and system access as required by project teams.
• Monitor and maintain IT services throughout project duration and make adjustments as needed.
• Coordinate disconnecting services and managing equipment returns at project completion.
• Carry out physical workstation setups when needed.
• Perform on-site maintenance and repairs for job site hardware, including workstations and printers.
• Address technical issues reported to the internal Help Desk that require on-site assistance.
• Keep thorough records relating to project sites and branch offices, including asset inventory.
• Have a clear understanding of equipment operations and ensure machines are in working order.
• Utilize technology to enhance productivity and adapt to new developments.

• Strong understanding of personal computers and operating systems.

• Basic knowledge of networking and telecommunications.

• A keen eye for detail to deliver quality work.
• Strong relational skills to collaborate effectively both internally and externally.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer technology or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of help desk or desktop experience required.
• Preferred: 2+ years working with ISPs and network setups.
