Job Description: Ticketing Executive
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ticketing Executive to join our remote team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing ticketing requirements for our customers, ensuring smooth service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and modifications.
Assist customers with flight options, fare details, and travel policies.
Process refunds and ensure adherence to airline rules and regulations.
Provide accurate and timely information on ticket availability, routes, and schedules.
Coordinate with airlines and other travel service providers for ticketing operations.
Maintain customer records and handle inquiries related to ticketing.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in ticketing (domestic and international).
Proficiency in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
Strong understanding of airline fare rules, ticketing policies, and travel regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
