Job description
Are you prepared to unlock the power of AI and redefine educational success?
As the chief architect of our groundbreaking learning ecosystem across various campuses, you'll be driven by an unwavering commitment to student success. You'll harness AI's limitless potential to create personalized learning journeys tailored to each student's unique needs, interests, and goals.
Your role combines data-driven strategy with hands-on involvement. You'll delve into learning analytics to uncover insights that drive exponential growth. But you won't just crunch numbers—you'll work directly with students to understand their experiences, challenges, and achievements. This firsthand knowledge is invaluable for identifying the motivational levers and teaching strategies that elevate achievement across campuses.
You'll lead a dynamic team of learning engineers, data scientists, and instructional innovators to bring your vision to life. More importantly, you'll champion our students, ensuring every decision and strategy focuses on improving their learning outcomes.
This is a unique opportunity to apply AI in education and redefine possibilities. With advanced learning analytics, the ability to A/B test pedagogical hypotheses at scale, and an institutional mandate to push boundaries, you'll pave new paths daily.
Your canvas is vast, your toolkit unmatched, and your mission critical.
If you're ready to leverage the most disruptive technology of our time to transform society's fundamental building block, this is your moment. Bold thinking, precise execution, and unwavering dedication to student outcomes are essential. Status quo defenders need not apply.
What you will be doing
Designing and continuously refining an AI-driven learning ecosystem that significantly outperforms traditional education, supported by clear student achievement data
Interacting directly with students through virtual platforms to understand their learning experiences, challenges, and successes, using these insights to drive ongoing improvements in the learning ecosystem
Extracting actionable insights from platform data to design impactful academic interventions using AI/ML, learning science, and motivational best practices
Fostering a culture of bold experimentation and evidence-based decision-making, using data to unlock significant growth in students' learning trajectories
Collaborating with platform engineering, data science, and design teams to translate academic insights and student feedback into seamless product enhancements
What you will NOT be doing
Simply wrapping traditional education in AI. This is not about replicating classroom instruction on screens—we're completely reimagining learning from the ground up.
Analyzing data in isolation. You'll regularly engage with K-12 students, valuing their feedback as essential input from our customers.
Waiting for consensus to break new ground. You'll drive a bold vision and rally others around data-driven results.
Adhering to conventional methods. You'll have the freedom to experiment with innovative approaches to motivation, assessment, and instruction.
Fearing AI's impact on education. Here, you'll use AI as an exciting tool to revolutionize learning, not as a threat to mitigate.
Key Responsibilities
Lead innovation in AI-powered, teacher-less education to achieve outstanding student outcomes across multiple campuses. Combine data analytics with regular student engagement to continually optimize our learning ecosystem, as demonstrated by AP exam performance and MAP assessment growth.
Candidate Requirements
Master's degree or higher in Educational Science, Learning Science, Psychology, Psychometrics, Instructional Design, or a related field
Leadership experience in education or EdTech
Experience applying AI technologies in an educational or professional context
Experience designing and implementing AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
Strong understanding of learning science principles and data-driven educational approaches
Proven ability to communicate complex educational and technical concepts to diverse audiences
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
