Job description
We’re Black Camel — a B2B creative agency that makes video ads for tech companies in the US, UK, and Middle East. But forget what you think B2B looks like. We make bold, original, often weird-but-wonderful video campaigns that cut through corporate noise like a chainsaw through jelly.
We’re looking for a Video Editor / Motion Designer / AI Video Creator who’s not just in it for the +-to-5 — but someone who’s probably messing with AI video tools on the weekend, posting test renders to Reddit, and tinkering with Midjourney prompts at 1am because it’s fun.
This is a job for someone who loves the craft and wants to help lead the charge into what’s next in AI video creation. You’ll be joining a global team of creatives, working remotely from anywhere in India, with full access to the best AI tools and no nonsense along the way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Creating video ads, brand films, and social content for brave B2B brands
Editing, animating, and adding motion graphics magic
Using AI tools to concept, prototype, or generate scenes and assets
Taking static visuals (Midjourney etc.) and giving them life
Collaborating with creatives and writers on wild, scroll-stopping ideas
Helping shape the future of AI video creativity from inside the trenches
You Might Be a Great Fit If You:
Have 2+ years of experience editing, animating, or motion designing
Know (and use) AI tools like:
Runway, Pika, Sora, Kaiber, Google Veo, Genmo, etc.
Midjourney, DALL·E, Leonardo, Firefly, etc.
Have deep experience with at least one or two of the above — not just “I tried it once”
Are comfortable in After Effects, Premiere, CapCut, DaVinci, Photoshop, Figma
Probably already made a weird AI short film no one asked for, just because
Want to join a creative team that's pushing into the future of how video is made
Have a creative mind, a curious spirit, and don’t need a permission slip to experiment
Believe B2B doesn’t have to be boring — and you’re ready to prove it

If you're passionate about crafting incredibly informative videos loaded with useful travel tips that waste no time getting to the point, this is the right opportunity for you.
The role Jon creates high-quality videos that blend cinematic visuals, straightforward storytelling, motion graphics, and retention tactics to deliver useful travel information efficiently.
Your job? Edit 1-2 videos per month in the 15-25 minute range, crafting compelling NYC, travel, and lifestyle content that's incredibly informative and wastes no time.
You'll need to balance beautiful visuals with strategic editing techniques to maximize information delivery and viewer engagement.
Here's what you'll be working on Editing engaging NYC, travel, and lifestyle content Incorporating efficient storytelling, motion graphics, and retention tactics Working with voiceover, b-roll, and music Applying color grading and sound design techniques Collaborating with Jon and his creative team Meeting deadlines consistently for 1-2 videos monthly
The ideal candidate will: Have experience editing YouTube content (especially in travel or lifestyle niches) Demonstrate strong storytelling skills with an emphasis on efficiency and information delivery Be able to edit with retention and watch-time in mind Be proficient in Adobe Premiere Have motion graphics experience using Adobe After Effects Maintain reliable communication and meet deadlines consistently Show color grading and sound design skills Have experience collaborating with YouTube creators or channels
