Orange MonkE is seeking an experienced Full Stack WordPress Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent custom-coding experience, HTML, CSS, and WordPress skills, as well as migration and SEO expertise.
As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for developing and customizing websites, managing the CMS, and working with the design team to implement new features and functionalities. You will also be required to turn responsive and intuitive web designs into functional code for various platforms and employ advanced CSS3 techniques for maintainable styling.
Key Requirements:
• Excellent custom-coding experience (No library-based development), HTML, CSS, and WordPress
• Migration of websites
• Turning responsive and intuitive web designs into functional code for desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
• Employing advanced CSS3 techniques for maintainable styling
• Implementing best technical SEO practices for optimizing website speed, including image optimization, lazy loading, and code splitting
• Deep understanding of user-centered design, usability, and web accessibility (WCAG standards)
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design principles
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
