Job Description
We are seeking Contact Centre Consultants who share our passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to our Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks, and Wellness Centres across Victoria. Your key responsibilities will include:
Handling inbound and outbound customer communications through various channels.
Providing personalized service to customers, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Supporting our Caravan Parks, Holiday Parks, and Wellness Centres with securing and managing bookings.
Developing positive relationships with customers to drive loyalty and retention.
Key Responsibilities

Engaging with customers to promote and up-sell our services.
Managing and resolving customer complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
