Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough land due diligence investigations and risk assessment for potential land acquisitions.
2. Evaluate land rights and title searches for project viability.
3. Develop standardized contract templates and guidelines to streamline the contracting process.
4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support land acquisition projects.

1. LLB with minimum 8 years of experience in land legal in renewable industry.
