Job Summary:
Customer Retention specialists communicate with customersto retain them by renewing their Software Subscription. In this role, you are required to help customers to renew their software on time to continue their working on the software without any hindrances.

Experience Required:
• Must Have o 2 year working in Tele-Calling (Outbound)
• Desired to have o Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

• Gathering information about customer complaints.
• Negotiating with customers to renew Subscription and retain business.
• Building positive relationships with customers.
