Job Description
As a Cisco AppDynamics Renewals Specialist within Cisco’s Global Renewals organization, you will focus on existing customers and their AppDynamics software renewals. You will be working within Global Renewals, as part of the Cisco Cloud Infrastructure and Software Group Renewals Specialist team.

As a Cisco AppDynamics Renewals Specialist, you will partner closely with AppDynamics Field Sales Representatives supporting partners and customers to drive the renewal, allowing Field Sales Representatives the ability to focus on new logo pursuits. You will also partner with the product business unit driving Cisco Full Stack Observability solutions through which we connect Cisco customers with solutions that can transform their businesses. We will provide you with a platform for success including mentor, training, and on-the-job learning that will strongly support you in your career advancement.
