Limitless Builders Inc. is hiring a reliable, hard-working renovation crew member to join our growing team.
We specialize in kitchens, bathrooms, and basement renovations across Winnipeg. We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience, a good attitude, and wants to be part of a solid team.
You don’t need to know everything — but you do need to show up, work hard, and be willing to learn.
Responsibilities
Assist with kitchen, bathroom, and basement renovations
Support work such as framing, drywall, flooring, and finishing
Help with cabinet installs and general carpentry tasks
Load and unload materials
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Follow direction and work alongside lead installers
Help keep projects moving on schedule
Requirements
1–3+ years experience in construction or renovations
Basic knowledge of tools and job site work
Reliable transportation to job sites
Physically capable of lifting and working full days
Shows up on time and is dependable
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with cabinet installation
Flooring (LVP, laminate, tile)
Drywall and mudding
Trim and finishing work
