Renovation Journeyperson Carpenter

As a Renovation Journeyperson Carpenter for our Renovation Division, specializing in bathrooms, you will "work on the tools" ensuring projects align with the scope and communicate with our customers.

You are:

You have achieved your Journeyperson status in Carpentry.

What you will do:

Continuous communication with the Project Coordinator as well as the staff at the project site, to ensure clear alignment of the scope & scheduling of the various stages of the project.

Scheduling & support for sub-contractors, ensuring the successful execution of their respective scope of work in the expected timeframe.

Provide specific site construction expertise, ensuring that expectations of ownership are met regarding the quality of the work completed.

Review, monitor, and rectify any deficiencies in the work being completed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Able to read and understand blueprints.

Must possess a valid driver’s license and tools.

Can lift +75 lbs.

Journeyperson Construction

Areas of Experience:

Extensive knowledge & expertise in general construction processes.

Proficient general carpentry skills.

Highly organized & detail oriented.

Strong communication skills.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
