Senior Engineer Renovation Project Leader
About the Role:
• We seek a seasoned Senior Engineer to lead large-scale renovation projects in the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project planning, scheduling, budgets, and BOQs for multiple hotel sites.
• Coordinate project timelines, cost tracking, and variation approvals.
• Oversee material reconciliation and procurement schedules.
• Direct end-to-end renovation project execution including MEP, Civil, Interior, and fit-outs.
• Approve layout drawings from consultants, architects, and interior designers.
• Create project completion schedules to ensure timely and quality work delivery.
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with hotel industry experience and renovation project management exposure.
Prior Experience In:
• Maintenance of luxury hotels and resorts
• Management of large-scale renovation projects
