Full job description
We are looking for 1 professional and hard-working Person & fleet Manager and control the bookings,to work with our fantastic team in Auckland.
maintain fleet cars are expected to work a minimum of 35-40 hours a week with a weekly payroll. Hours are rostered on a weekly basis and might include weekend shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities for Rental car customer service(fleet cars maintain ,not limited to):
1. Prepare the bookings and pick dates drop of dates.
2. Admin for customer details and fines and transfers.
3. data entry ,exel to keep records .Manages a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and serviced
Monitors and controls vehicle usage and costs
Provides advice and guidance to rental agencies and leasing companies on vehicle selection and acquisition
Manages and maintains records related to vehicle
4. Assessing rentals vehicles for any potential new damages and reporting them as per our organisation's damage procedure.
5. Ensure all cleaned vehicles are parked in their allocated spaces within the business premises.

7.Gps trackers maintain and updates, cars maintains like
Conducts market research to identify trends in the vehicle rental and leasing industry update the Cof and Regos.
8,Purchase the cars for fleet,and disposal of old fleet.
Manages a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are properly maintained and serviced
Monitors and controls vehicle usage and costs
Provides advice and guidance to rental agencies and leasing companies on vehicle selection and acquisition
Manages and maintains records related to vehicle transactions
Conducts market research to identify trends in the vehicle rental and leasing industry.
9. Handle customer queries, escalate issues appropriately, and provide frontline support as needed
Maintain accurate records of the booking, analyse and prepare operational statements and reports
Monitor inventory and manage stock ordering for cleaning supplies and consumables
Supervise junior staff and coordinate daily task allocations
Assist with reporting, analysing data, budgeting, and fleet planning activities
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to coordinate repairs
Ensure all vehicles meet safety and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements:
Must be physically fit and must have New Zealand or Overseas driving full licence.
Training will be provided to successful applicants.
Good communication skills
Punctual and reliable
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high standard of work.
Ability to follow policies and procedures of company guidelines and standards.
