Job Description
Redspot Car Rentals is seeking Full time Rental Sales Officers to join our Perth City team. The position will be part of a rotating roster, that includes working weekends. Car rental experience is not required; any applicant with a customer service or retail sales background should apply!
About the role
Primary responsibilities include:
Customer Service at our Car Rental Counter
Handle bookings and all customer phone enquiries
Checking of vehicles prior to and on return of rentals
Cross-sales
About You
The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with a positive and professional attitude and will have the following skills and attributes:
Adaptive verbal and written communication
Outstanding Customer Service
Ability to identify customer needs and make sales
Ability to learn and operate our point-of-sale software
Strong attention to detail
Organisation skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility with willingness to learn and adapt
Ability to follow process, procedures and maintain documentation
