What You'll Do:
Expect fieldwork with daily local travel in a company vehicle.
Opportunity for overtime and weekend work.
Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC equipment, Chillers, and Air Conditioners.
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns in the workshop and at customer sites and manage repairs.
Capable of working independently or with fellow technicians to install and operate equipment in the field or at the workshop.
What We're Looking For:
7-10 years of experience in commercial HVAC equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
Proficiency in calculating nominal and effective tonnage and/or kW requirements, interpreting schematics.
High School diploma/GED required.
Must have a valid driver's license and required to obtain and maintain a TWIC card.
Capable of lifting objects weighing less than 50 lbs.
EPA Section 608 Universal Certification is required.
Willingness to work afterhours and on weekend during peak times.
Experience with low temperatures is a plus.
