Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Electro-Mechanical Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining electro-mechanical systems and equipment. This role involves working with electrical and mechanical components, reading technical diagrams, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues using testing equipment and tools.
• Conduct diagnosis through troubleshooting to find out the cause of failure.
• Undertake repairs related to electronics & mechanical components as per the written
• instructions and procedures.
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Ensure serviceability and calibration of measuring instruments and gauges.
• Perform system level testing of electro optics products.
• Ensure proper documentation and report generation.
• Maintain stock of finished products, spares, assembly / testing tools to meet customer requirements.
• Flexible to take service calls & visit customer locations for field support.
• Quality Control for mechanical / electronic components & processes.
• Working knowledge on testing of PCBs / electrical systems is desirable.
• IQC of mechanical parts, PCBs, Cables and electronic accessories (batteries,
• chargers, adapters) and inspection report generation.
• Record and report system performance, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
Qualifications and Skills
• Education : Diploma or degree in Electronics / Mechanical Technology / Mechatronics, or related field.
• Experience : 2+ years in electro-mechanical maintenance or related roles.
• Technical Skills :
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software.
• Soft Skills :
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
