About This Opportunity
the Transcription and Distribution Coordinator listens to audio and video records and reviews handwritten reports to create accurate written versions of them and/or may be responsible for distributing reports as required by business needs in order to satisfy funder requirements, including ensuring report charges are entered and uploading reports into Clinicmaster as needed.

Transcription of reports
• Acts as liaison between administrative staff and clinical teams in order to get reports dictated, typed and signed.
• Transcribes and proofreads dictated reports from clinicians.
• Types reports in an accurate and timely fashion and in accordance with CBI Health report templates and standards.
• Provides transcription support to other clinics/teams if coverage is required.
• Maintains an up-to-date tracker of report workflow to identify delays and enhances effective movement of reports through the system.
• Executes and conducts all practices with integrity and in alignment to Best Practice and CBI policy including the Privacy Policy and Confidentiality Agreements.
Distribution of reports
• Clinical report distribution to required recipients (Funders and other stakeholders).
• Data entry of reports received and submission dates within systems.
• Uploads reports to Clinicmaster and other portals as required.
• Ensures report billing is entered.
• Scans and reviews reports to identify errors or omissions prior to distribution.
What You Need To Be Successful
• 2+ years previous experience in a customer service role.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Advanced skills in Clinicmaster and Microsoft Excel.
• Outstanding typing skills and reading/listening comprehension skills.
• Demonstrated success in the effective communication of analysis.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment where priorities change frequently.
• Able to work autonomously in a remote environment while demonstrating solid output with a high level of quality and low number of errors.
