Job Description
• Gather the business/functional requirements and develop the technical specifications for the data analysis.
• Creates and leverages analytical approaches to perform analysis of domain specific source data to provide accurate conclusions, leading to the identification of improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate the current operational environment and identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics.
• Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to improve business performance.
• Facilitating business to provide requirements on Program/ Project Managing Strategic technology projects
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• 5+ years' Business Intelligence / Analyst experience in a large, matrix structured, missioncritical (preferably financial services) environment
• Proven ability to strategically manage complex, highly visible analytical projects from concept through implementation
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing / Data Lake / Business Intelligence strategies and architecture
• Working experience on analytical tools (Alteryx, Tableau, SQL, Qlikview, Python)
• Experience building measures and metrics, and developing reporting solutions
• Possesses collaboration, partnership and influencing skills
• Experience in developing standardized solutions for data acquisition, transformation and analysis and Perform advanced quantitative and statistical analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that can be used to improve business performance.
