Key Responsibilities:
• MIS Reporting Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of MIS reporting tools and methodologies to gather, analyze, and present data to support informed decision-making.
• Power BI Proficiency: Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports that provide valuable insights into business performance.
• VBA Skills: Apply VBA scripting to automate processes, enhance data manipulation, and streamline reporting tasks.
• Adaptability: Be flexible in adapting processes and system rules to drive desired business outcomes, demonstrating agility in a dynamic work environment.
• Excel and PowerPoint Proficiency: Utilize advanced skills in Excel for data manipulation and analysis. Create engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate data-driven insights effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Independently identify and resolve technical issues through systematic troubleshooting and provide practical solutions to enhance reporting and data analysis processes.
Skills & Requirements:
Mandatory Skills:
• Power BI: Proficient in creating, maintaining, and optimizing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• MIS Reporting: Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and presenting data for informed decision-making.
• VBA: Proficient in VBA scripting for process automation and data manipulation.
Work Experience:
• Preferred 2 to 5 years of experience working with MIS Reporting, Power BI, and VBA.
Other Skills:
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Pressure Handling: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
