Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) the candidate will be responsible for cultivating customer relationships for current as well as potential customers by utilizing excellent and in-depth knowledge of CommScope products, capabilities, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) process and procedures. The CSR will be accountable for a full spectrum of customer service activities involved in the Quote to Cash process (up to and including the time the order ships, invoices or after handover). This may include, but is not limited to, generating quotations and price response, order processing, tracking, finding and proposing alternative products where necessary.

It is essential for the applicant to respond to all customer enquiries in a timely, accurate and clear manner. Teamwork is key to success and entails develop and maintaining constructive and cooperative working relationships with customers, colleagues, planning, logistics, technical team and sales.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:
Graduate with preferably 3+ years of relevant experience
Experience in Order processing/Order management.
SAP (SD) module.
