• Will lead and responsible for achieving Annual Business Plan of Online Sales across Retail, Corporate and POSP by developing an effective marketing and product strategy.
• Will provide inputs for technology, new products, marketing trends and competitive insight into the business.
• Will develop and executive online launch strategy.
• Responsible for driving sales and margins.
• Provide inputs on product and service offering and coordinate with cross functional teams.
• Drive alliances to outsource/synergize products and services.
• Manage market-place alliances and vendor management, customer Service User Experience.
• Devise user experience strategies on the website.
• Lead the CRM initiatives.
• Lead Database management efforts
• Must have experience in insurance / reinsurance domain.
• Should be self motivated and come with excellent.
• Should posses Post graduate degree from reputed institute.
• Atleast 10 years of experience in Online Sales in the Insurance or Broking Industry.
