Job Description
• Develop and implement the overall marketing and branding strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Drive brand development and management efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, outdoor, events, and public relations.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and leverage this information to drive marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, search, operations and product management to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for market expansion and new product/ service launches.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing innovations to identify new opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
• Foster a culture of innovation and creativity within the marketing team, encouraging experimentation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications And Experience
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
• Proven track record of at least 12 years in marketing and branding, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that have delivered measurable results.
• Deep knowledge of brand development, market research, digital marketing, social media, and other relevant marketing disciplines.
• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of effectively managing and developing high-performing marketing teams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C segments is highly desirable, with a solid understanding of the target audience and market dynamics
