Your Responsibilities
• Designing data structures to meet project objectives and aligned to industry standard data architecture patterns (such as Kimball, Inmon and Data Vault)
• Ensure that data structures are designed for maximum re-use for current and future requirements
• Design of data solutions aligned to CBA’s data architecture
• Present data models and the design of data solutions at CBA’s architecture and design forums for endorsement
• Contribute to data architecture and design principles based on prior experience and project learnings
• Responsible for achieving quality targets measured by the completeness of data models and solution designs to meet stakeholder expectations, enterprise guidelines and suitability for broader re-use
• Contribute to design estimates for the purpose of project planning
• Ensuring cohesive engagement of the implementation function with a multidisciplinary team of Analysts, Solution Designers and Stream Leads to complete projects and smaller work requests to agreed scope, timeframes and budget
• Adhere to the Code of Conduct . The Code of Conduct sets the standards of behaviour, actions and decisions we expect from our people
Your Skills & Experience
• Sound understanding of how data should be organised for maximising re-use
• Understanding of Data Warehouse/ETL concept
• Primarily experience (ERWIN, ERStudio,Banking EDW,FSLDM experience) with 4-7 years of exp in relevant role. The current role should be performed as data modeler
• Some Experience or knowledge in BigData/Hadoop and ETL tool
• Min. Undergraduate technical degree B.E. or B.Tech. or equivalent or post-graduation degree in Computer Applications or IT
• Experience with data modelling aligned to industry standard data modelling paradigms
