Experience: 4 - 6 years

Job Description:
1. Capacity planning, installation, configuration, database design, migration, performance monitoring, security, troubleshooting, as well as backup and data recovery of databases.
2. SQL Database administration that include but not limited to:
a. Backup database
b. Restore Database
c. Create Indexes
d. Monitor Performance of database
e. Authenticate users or groups
f. Assign Permissions
g. Setup Auditing
h. Use Activity Monitor
i. Use Performance Monitor
j. Import and Export Data
3. Administering SQL Always-ON clusters deployed over multiple servers. Maintaining ERP transactions and read-only databases separately to ensure optimum IOs.
4. SQL database tuning and performance. Coordination with application teams on operational level issues and management.
5. Ensuring DR for critical databases. Conducting DR drills on half yearly basis
