Role Responsibilities • Support for conducting fitment workshops, making product presentations to countries and to work with country businesses / interface technology teams in identifying capability requirements. • Preparation of user stories / specifications for capabilities identified based on business analysis and user requirements. • Managing the product backlog with prioritisation and conversation with the stakeholders. • Guide and help the team in performing their work. • Managing the codes and parameter setup for all country implementations in line with the business requirements / SOM. • Maintenance and management of product capability and functional documents. • Supporting the release management and product management process to ensure that it is in line with the overall core banking plans. Our Ideal Candidate • BE / MBA / CA • At least 12 20 years, of which at least 8 years must be in the Banking Industry or in a technology organization managing banking software. • Functional & Domain expertise in Wholesale / Consumer Banking Experience in banking operations / processes would be required Exposure to data migration and databases would be preferred. • Certifications related to Agile methodologies are preferred.
