We are looking for Front Desk officer in Jaipur, who'll be at first point of contact as customers entering a bank branch, Your role in bank involves greeting and assisting customers, providing information about bank products and services, and processing customer transactions.

Job Role and Responsibility of Front Office Vacancy in Jaipur
• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the branch,
• Provide excellent customer service and creating a positive impression of the Jaipur bank branch,
• Direct visitors to the appropriate bank officer as per their concern.
• The answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls as per request
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, pins, forms etc)
• Provide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email.
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
• Update calendars and schedule meetings
