Job Requirement : The ideal candidate for this position should have in-depth knowledge of CRM, excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and fine organizational skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Proper follow up with all stakeholders through calls/emails/messages etc.
• To resolve customer queries and concerns quickly and efficiently.
• Seek feedback from clients on services provided, constantly monitor and review quality.
• Create benchmarks and norms to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain MIS records of every operation.
Required skills:
• Strong verbal and written communication in local languages (Hindi/English), including in a telephone environment. Additional languages can be a plus.
• Exposure on MS office excel/word/PPT
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Quick Learner.
