Job Requirement : The ideal candidate for this position should have in-depth knowledge of CRM, excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, analytical thinking and fine organizational skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Proper follow up with all stakeholders through calls/emails/messages etc.
To resolve customer queries and concerns quickly and efficiently.
Seek feedback from clients on services provided, constantly monitor and review quality.
Create benchmarks and norms to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
Maintain MIS records of every operation.
Required skills:
Strong verbal and written communication in local languages (Hindi/English), including in a telephone environment. Additional languages can be a plus.
Exposure on MS office excel/word/PPT
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
