The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Sitapura Jaipur branch.
Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Jaipur:
• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Jaipur branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Jaipur customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Jaipur customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Jaipur branch
• Responsible to handle MIS Job
• Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
