The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Andharua branch.

Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Andharua:
• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Andharua branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Andharua customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Andharua customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
