The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Dalsinghsarai branch.
Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Dalsinghsarai:
• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Dalsinghsarai branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Dalsinghsarai customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Dalsinghsarai customers
