The Branch Operations Executive are responsible for the part of the workplace team that directly manages the operations and maintenance of facilities of the Jalore branch.
Roles and Responsibilities at HDB Jalore:
• Processing and Disbursement of files
• Handling all Jalore branch administration activities
• Regular follow-ups with Jalore customers
• Co-ordination with central ops team
• Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports
• Customer KYC and secondary documents verification
• Ensuring on-time payments of the Jalore customers
• Ensure adherence of policies at all levels
• Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.
• Responsible to Branch Customer Service at Jalore branch
• Responsible to handle MIS Job
• Co-ordinate with business team to resolve recon exception on daily basis
Desired Candidate Profile for Branch Operations Job in Jalore:
• Candidate should be Graduate or above
• Basic knowledge of Operations work in the Bank
• 0-3 yrs of relevant experience in Jalore
• Good communication skills must needed to manager client in flow.
• High level of Self Drive/Enthusiasm as a good learner.
