Job Description
Making outbound calls: Initiating calls to potential customers based on provided leads or databases, or following up on leads generated through marketing activities. The purpose is to introduce the product or service, provide information, and generate sales or appointments.
Handling inbound calls: Receiving calls from customers who may have inquiries, requests, or interest in the product or service. Providing relevant information, answering questions, and addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
Promoting products or services: Communicating the features, benefits, and value proposition of the product or service to potential customers. Utilizing persuasive techniques to highlight key selling points and convince customers to make a purchase or take the desired action.
Building and maintaining customer relationships: Developing rapport with customers, understanding their needs, and customizing product or service offerings accordingly. Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and encourage repeat business.
Achieving sales targets: Meeting or exceeding assigned sales quotas or targets by effectively pitching products or services to customers. Employing sales strategies, such as upselling or cross-selling, to maximize revenue generation.
Recording and maintaining customer information: Accurately documenting customer details, interactions, and transactions in a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or any designated software. Ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Adhering to scripts and guidelines: Following predefined scripts, guidelines, or sales strategies provided by the organization to maintain consistency and deliver a professional customer experience.
Managing objections and complaints: Handling customer objections, complaints, or rejections professionally and empathetically. Resolving issues whenever possible or escalating them to the appropriate department.
