Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Criminal Lawyer/Advocate. You will be responsible for representing individuals accused of crimes, ensuring they receive fair treatment throughout the legal process. You will be a zealous advocate for your clients, adept at navigating the complexities of criminal law.
• Responsibilities:
- Conduct client interviews to understand the details of their case and assess legal options.
- Investigate cases, including gathering evidence, interviewing witnesses, and conducting legal research.
- Develop and implement effective defense strategies to obtain the best possible outcome for your clients.
- Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Negotiate plea bargains and settlements with prosecutors.
- Prepare and file all necessary legal motions and documents.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
- Maintain meticulous case files and ensure strict client confidentiality.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in criminal law and legal precedents.

Pay: ₹10,876.+3 - ₹42,802.61 per month
Expected hours: 24 per week
