Job Role to apply Kotak life insurance careers in Jamshedpur
• Accept and schedule meeting with leads generated from assigned bank branch (Partner bank branch in Adityapur Jamshedpur Jharkhand) lead generators as well as warm leads provided by the bank or bank employees from the database as well as generate own leads. Make appointments, explore the customer s financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the company s product range gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation.
• Incumbent will be mainly responsible for sourcing and identifying new relationship for the bank.
• Understanding of working capital products
• Ensure high degree of customer service/satisfaction/trust.
• Manage field investigations, development and formulation of appraisal notes and scrutinizing the legal dimensions of the proposals all across the Jharkhand region.
• Identifying and developing channel partners from Adityapur Jamshedpur for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably.

• Experience– Total 2+ year is Sales Domain with Min 1 yrs in Insurance sales (Agency/Banca/Direct) , BFSI Sales, Channel Sales.
• Education: Any Graduation

• Age– 25 to 35
• Location Knowledge: Candidate must be local or native from Adityapur Jamshedpur Jharkhand and must have local area knowledge.
