Description
To promote products and services of the Bank, with an aim to achieve given target, by direct and indirect sales/marketing. Identify and utilize opportunities to cross-sell other products of the Bank. Managerial Responsibilities :1.Assist Sales Officers / Sr. Sales Officers/ AM - Sales in driving sales/marketing strategies
. Functional Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment, training, hand holding and guiding of the Officers / Sr. Sales Officers/ AM - Sales of attainment of budget and incentives.
2. Delivering quality accounts that facilitates building healthy retail liability book.
3. Ensure that all team members are on the expected level of productivity.
4. Cross selling of asset and 3rd Part products.
5. Remain updated market development and trend and apprise vertical head
6. Stay updated on the recent changes in policy guidelines and educate sales team
7. Assist vertical head in product design
8.Implementing regulatory requirements as per product norms
2. Ensuring recruitment, grooming , training retention and mentoring talents.
3. Monitor and guide Officers / Sr. Sales Officers/ AM - Sales and ensure achievement of business objectives. Revenue responsibility :
1. Maintain liaison with Branch Managers/Branch Resource/Departments in Zonal/ Head office for speedy resolution of problems face by branches
2. Conducting periodic performance reviews of the team
3. Evaluation of performance vis-avis the competitors of the locality
