Business Analysis & Project Management Role
• Partner with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications.
Project Management & Agile Execution
• Work with cross-functional Agile teams to ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.
• Define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and assist in validation before deployment.
Key Requirements:
• Technical Skills: Business Analysis & Requirement Engineering: BRD, FRD, SRS, RFI/RFP, Gap Analysis, Use Cases.
• Project & Agile Tools: JIRA, Confluence, Salesforce, MS Visio, Lucidchart.
Soft Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication skills (C2 English level); other language knowledge (B1) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
