Location: Sector 4, Noida.
Salary -15k to 25k
Responsibilities ;
As a Telecaller for our e-commerce company you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers and providing them with information about our products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads and convert them into customers. You will play a crucial role in promoting our e-commerce platform and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our e-commerce platform and its benefits.
• Explain product features, pricing, and promotional offers to customers and answer their queries.
• Identify and qualify sales leads by gathering information and assessing customer needs.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and promotions.
• Use persuasive and effective sales techniques to convince customers to make a purchase.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Follow up with customers who have shown interest or have made inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve business objectives.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar sales role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish a positive customer relationship.
• Good knowledge of e-commerce and familiarity with online shopping platforms.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
