Job Description
Receiving the requirement from the Department.
• Receiving of items from suppliers as per purchase order.
• Ordering material as per purchase order
• Keeping stock level up to date.
• Safe custody of all the items held on charge.
• Issue the items to concern department as per their approved indent.
• Bills to be send for pay off with Order form/goods receipt note.
• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning;
• Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
• Identify current and future requirment
• Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
