About the Role: The Research & Analytics will support the team with collecting data on new markets, collecting user research data from different sources, and analyze data from the current products and provide insights, recommendations, and feature updates.
This role is based in Delhi-NCR.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conducting research on topics relevant to the company’s objectives
• Conducting analysis on current product offerings and deriving insights from data
• Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering insights to the management
• Documenting existing Hudle processes and techniques; creating a database of knowledge for future reference
• Structure large data sets to find usable information ( Excel, SQL, Python )
• Collecting data for new markets; venue data; user behavior patterns, conducting user and partner interviews
• Auditing internal processes and recommending changes to improve efficiency
• Data entry and cold calling are an integral part of the role and the candidate should expect to do the same whenever required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in both English and Hindi)
• Graduation in any specialization; preferably some inclination towards product development and user research
• Excellent communication & presentation skills; articulation to clearly communicate the results of the research findings
• Comfortable working with Python, Python Libraries, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Google Analytics, and dashboards like Tableau.
• Working knowledge of advanced excel formats like Pivot Table, Vlookup, etc.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Curiosity to collect data and find patterns
• Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & fitness is a bonus.
• Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
