Role and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Research Engineer to join our team at Netradyne. In this role, you will design, implement, and commercialize driver monitoring and driver assistance algorithms. Your work will involve working with large datasets and deploying your models into thousands of vehicles. We are looking for an individual with excellent programming skills and experience in computer vision and machine learning.
Main Responsibilities
Design and develop algorithms that characterize driving behavior.
Implement and track key metrics to improve our data-driven solutions.
Enhance our machine learning infrastructure to support scalable training and inference.
Pioneer and develop proof of concept solutions showcasing innovative capabilities.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related field.
Expert-level proficiency in Python programming (required) and C++ (desired).
Minimum 7 years of experience in research or industry, focusing on computer vision and machine learning.
Ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.
Capacity to pioneer innovative solutions to complex problems without established precedents.
Practical experience in handling edge deployments targeting various HW platforms.
