Open Positions:
• Research Scientist-I (RS-2) (Protien Engineering):
• CyGenica is seeking an experienced scientist for our chimeric/fusion protein development project. This role involves work to design, develop, optimize, and scale-up of isolation, expression, and purification processes of recombinant proteins and chimeras/fusion proteins for our therapeutic programs in oncology and rare diseases.
• Hands-on experience with basic molecular biology techniques, including plasmid manipulation, PCR, genomic DNA isolation, and DNA cleavage analysis
• Ideal for PhDs in Biotechnology/Life Sciences with strong molecular biology and protein characterization skills.
2. Research Scientist-I (RS-2) (Bioconjugation):
• Focus on bioconjugation chemistry to develop and characterize therapeutic biomolecule conjugates (proteins, peptides, RNA)
• Hands-on experience in recombinant protein expression, purification and bio functional chemistry {protein-(drug/SiRNA/ASO/protein) conjugate synthesis, purification and characterization is must for this position
• Ideal for PhDs in Biochemistry, Biophysics, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Science with expertise in protein conjugation and analytical methods.
