Job Summary:

We seek a Research Assistant to contribute to academic research and development. The ideal candidate will have expertise in computer science and mechatronics. The candidate will design and implement parts of a theomorphic robot. The successful candidate must also possess excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate effective collaboration with international researchers and institutions, ensuring smooth communication and mutual understanding in a multicultural research environment.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Conduct literature reviews on the research and development of theomorphic robots

Design and implement related 3D prints and related mechatronics

Assist in demonstrating robots, progress reports and presentations

Qualifications:

Proven experience in academic research and development in robots, with a track record of published articles in relevant domains

Strong technical skills and communication skills in English

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in multicultural and international settings

Education:

Master's in Computer Science with a Mechatronics background or related field.
