About the DWS Research House
The Research House team reports to the Head of Investment Division. It comprises of CIO for Responsible Investments, House of Data, Research Institute and Micro Research. The team is responsible for a wide range functions that supports the investment management platform. It also creates and maintain relevant tools for the performance analysis & produce required MIS.

Responsibilities:
As an ESG Research Analyst, you are required to identify and collate specific details of companies to measure the climate transition impact and regularly track these companies to monitor their progress as per DWS targets.
• Analysis of companies based on ESG factors across multiple sectors to collect information to create details reports on climate transition targets/progress
• Track the newsflow on daily basis to report events/news having an impact on the assessment of the companies
• Timely and accurate production of information / MIS as per DWS’s targets including coordination with various other teams
• Support ad-hoc requests on various analytical topics by leveraging existing tools in additional to XLS and PPT
• Contribute to ongoing methodological improvements of the approach. Prepare and compile documentation on methodologies.
Requirements
Education and Experience:
• Post-graduate or equivalent degree in Finance discipline.
• Thorough understanding of fundamentals and material ESG issues affecting companies from specific sector/(s)
• Proficiency in MS-Office
• Good business acumen, with the aptitude to successfully deal with various stakeholders simultaneously
• Good knowledge of Asset Management business
• Passionate about responsible investing/stewardship and having positive impact
