Responsibilities
• Conduct academic research to understand the current practices and approaches to leadership in various public service and policy areas
• Explore and analyze the landscape of leadership including trends, challenges, and best practices in various industries and sectors
• Support the creation of whitepapers, research reports, blogs, ebooks, and other assets to share findings, insights, and thought leadership in thematic technical areas such as urban infrastructure, climate change, agriculture
Qualifications
• Must know how to read and write Gujarati
• Master in public policy, development or a related field. MPhil will be preferable
• Atleast 2 years of research experience in reputed institutions
• Proficiency in research methodology with experience in conducting research, including literature reviews, data collection, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• A passion for research and a genuine interest in public policy and social development

4 to 6 LPA depending on experience and qualifications
