Master of library science
Experience with online database research, including Westlaw, Lexis, Bloomberg Law, and a variety of legal and business sources
Detail oriented with a commitment to providing high quality service
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of attorneys and staff
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Ability to learn library systems and procedures

Working knowledge of office procedures, including Microsoft Word suite
Ability to bend, stoop, reach, lift and carry/move books and other library materials weighing up to 25 lbs
The position requires a commitment to service excellence, the ability to work well with others in a team or individually, and the ability to remain flexible, self starter attitude, excellent verbal/written communications, marketing skills, strong desire to provide excellent client service and positive in times of change

The budgeted salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000
