Role Description
Resinnov Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full-time Research Manager or Project Manager for EST hours (USA Shift). This position requires adaptive mindset, excellent communication skills (written and verbal both), strong time management and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
• End-to-End project management from project initiation to closure. It involves project set ups with stakeholders, kick off calls if required, finalizing of project logistics and timelines, executing projects while maintaining smooth communications with all stakeholders.
• Executing/Managing offline and quantitative projects throughout their lifecycle.
• Co-ordinating with global team members: preparing and executing project plan, forecasting and mitigating project related risks and ensuring timely project delivery with them.
• Conducting secondary research on each project, understanding it's background and current market trends, estimating project's complexity and suggesting improved solutions to conduct the project.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in Project Management in a Market Research firm.
• Strong understanding of market research terminologies, methodologies and trends.
• Creative thinking, attention to detail and demonstrated successful management of complex projects.
• Excellent time management and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Basic knowledge on market research and methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with clients, team members, and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Job Summary:
• Location: Gurgaon/Delhi-NCR (Remote work but sometimes we catch up in office for meetings)
• Working hours: EST ( i.e 6 pm to 3 am IST)
• Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and industry experience
